AUSTIN (KXAN) - Gluten-free food options are becoming more and more popular these days and Austin’s Karen Morgan of Blackbird Bakery was in the KXAN Saturday morning to talk about her second gluten-free cookbook.
She says this time she wants to get the whole community of Austin involved.
She is asking people to submit their favorite recipes so that she can re-work them to exclude gluten.
Morgan’s goal is to offer the millions of people who are suffering from Celiac disease a way to enjoy their favorite goodies without the constraints of gluten.
To find out more about her community cookbook, you can visit the project’s website . For donations and to submit your recipe's visit their Kickstarter website .
