The online training programs will offer consumers exercises and lessons as well as certification for fitness professionals to become official "Biggest Loser Pros."

To mark Wednesday's debut, they will offer a series of free, 20-minute workout sessions online every half-hour, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Trainers who complete the educational program will be able to provide their clients with safe and effective ways to lose weight.
