Ambulance carrying patient hits vehicle

Amazingly no injuries as a result of accident

AUSTIN (KXAN) - A patient being transported by ambulance had to be moved into another emergency vehicle after the one they were in hit another car.

According to Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services an ambulance was transporting a patient when they collided with a vehicle that rolled over around 6:30 p.m. near Parmer and Riata Vista.

Fortunately no one in the ambulance or the other vehicle were injured.

The patient who was being transported was moved to another emergency vehicle and taken to an area hospital.
