KXAN compares rush hour drive time to San Antonio

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Despite the 85 mph speed limit, the new stretch of State Highway 130 that opened Wednesday afternoon may not always get you where you need to go faster.

One KXAN News unit took on Interstate 35 and another tool the toll road shortly after it opened to compare the commute to San Antonio.

The goal was to see who could get to the AT&T Center first -- driving the speed limit, of course.
