AUSTIN (KXAN) - Michael Brandon Moseley, 32, is sitting in the Travis County Jail, facing two charges of arson.
Crews responded to 7204 Thannas Way and 4706 Magin Meadows Drive around 9:30 a.m. on New Year's Eve. Both houses were vacant at the time, officials said.
The Magin Meadows fire was contained to one bedroom and the damage to the structure and contents was valued at $6,000. The Thannas Way property was under construction. The estimated damage was $50,000.
Moseley, who was seen at the scene of the fires, is being held on $80,000 bond.
