MANOR, Texas (KXAN) - A handful of students have been transported to St. David's Medical Center following a school bus crash in Manor Friday morning.

Three ambulances responded to the crash when a car rear-ended a Manor Independent School District bus on U.S. Highway 290 and Murray Avenue. The other 48 students aboard headed to the high school, where the bus was headed before the wreck.

Manor ISD spokeswoman Abby Siedenstrang said five students went to St. David's for evaluation of minor injuries. Officials notified all of their parents.
