AUSTIN, Texas (KXAN) - Two workers were injurred Monday after falling 25 feet in a scaffold collapse.

Emergency crews, including a helicopter ambulance, were sent to 9433 Farm-to-Market 2244 at Filed Guides. Roger Wade of the Travis County Sheriff's Office said both were taken to the hospital.

Officials said that a father-and-son team was putting up an awning on a building that is being renovated. The men, whose names were not released, were standing on a ladder that was propped up on the scaffold.

One of the men slipped, causing a chain reaction. The injuries were not considered life-threatening.
