Wild Bill of the Week: Feral Hogs

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Session ’09 with Jenny Hoff has a new segment which reviews some of the most intriguing bills discussed throughout the week at the Capitol. Representative Sid Miller of Stephenville has taken the title for the Wild Bill of the Week.

Representative Sid Miller has filed a bill to allow helicopter hog hunting in order to help decrease the feral hog population. If passed, this bill would make it legal allow people to host hunters on their property where they board a helicopter and kill hogs from the sky. This practice is already legal, but not for the general public.
