AUSTIN (KXAN) - The State of Texas is collecting DNA samples on every child born in Texas.
Even when parents order the state to destroy the samples, it does not mean their child's most private and sensitive information is protected.
Monday Nov. 23 at 10 p.m., KXAN will introduce you to one of the families who have filed a federal lawsuit to protect their child's privacy.
