DALLAS (KXAN) - Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison remained upbeat Tuesday morning in North Dallas as she met with voters.

"I feel really good," Hutchison said. "I have had a wonderful last week of campaigning. So many people have said, 'I voted for you. We want you there. We need leadership in Austin.'"

Hutchison said she felt confident in her campaign, which flew her to different cities on a private jet Tuesday.

She will watch the returns on election night from a "Texas-sized" party room at Eddie Deen's Ranch in Downtown Dallas .

The room is decorated with a Texas motif and has two big screens to watch election night returns.
