AUSTIN (KXAN) - The prosecution outlined its case Tuesday in the trial of the former University of Texas equipment manager accused of secretly taping UT student-athletes.
On Monday, Rene Zamora, 32, pleaded not guilty to 13 counts of improper photography.
The prosecution called some of its witnesses to the stand on Tuesday.
An investigation began into Zamora in Sept. 2010 after a member of the university’s cross-country team said she caught Zamora filming her in the shower.
