NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas (KXAN) - Three men have been charged in the death of a man whose body was found in the back of a pick-up truck during a traffic stop in New Braunfels earlier this month.
Johnny Gilbert Soliz Jr. and Nemesio Garcia Jr. of San Marcos and Eloy Davlia Jr. of Wimberley have been charged in the death of 35-year-old Walter Capello.
The suspects are all being held in the Hays County Jail on $750,000 bonds.
Police are also looking for a fourth suspect, 42-year-old Paul Tovar of San Marcos, who they have connected to the murder.
Tovar has stayed in and around the San Marcos area in the past, and his car was found abandoned in San Antonio recently.
