When police got there, they saw a man had been stabbed twice in his right thigh. Police said witnesses said a group of people including the suspect and victim had been watching the Manny Pacquio boxing match when they started arguing about the fight.

House fire still under investigation
A two-alarm fire consumed a single-family residence on Brown Bear Lane. Buda, Manchaca and Austin fire departments all responded to the fire. Two tankers had to be brought in to fight the fire. They started the fire fight from inside the home, but the danger of the roof collapsing was too great, so they had to move outside to finish fighting the fire.
One resident inside of the house called in the fire after hearing noises and seeing flames. There were no other residents inside the home at the time of the fire. There were no injuries. Investigators still do not know the cause of the fire.
