AUSTIN (KXAN) - Austin police said Wednesday that they have identified the second man sought in Monday's double homicide in South Austin.
Charges were not being pursued, at least until investigators have determined how the man was involved. His name was not released.
On Tuesday, police in San Antonio arrested Jose Alfonso Aviles, 45, on a capital murder warrant in the killings. Police said Aviles was upset because this daughter was involved in a romatic relationship with Norma Hurtado, 24.
Hurtado and her mother Maria Hurtado, 57, were both shot to death.
