AUSTIN (KXAN) - Arrest made in homicide case

Polk County deputies in Minnesota investigated a complaint of sexual abuse on Saturday in Fertile, Minn.

They came in contact with an American-Indian man identified by both the sheriffs office and U.S. Customs and Border Protection as David Hernandez Jr., 56.

It was confirmed that Hernandez had an active parole warrant out of Austin on a previous homicide conviction and was considered armed and dangerous. Deputies arrested Hernandez without incident.

No charges have been filed. Details on the sexual abuse investigation are not being released as the investigation is ongoing.
