SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Officials charged a 30-year-old San Antonio man with murder after his girlfriend, their 2-year-old daughter and another man were found dead in his apartment.
Chris Allgood allegedly killed Courtney Gass, 26, and their toddler, Anika. Meanwhile, police have not released the dead man's identity.
Police spokesman Chris Benavides told the San Antonio Express-News that the shooting happened around 3 a.m. Sunday at the Coral Ridge Apartments on the city's north side. A guard at the complex heard the shots and found Allgood in the parking lot armed with a rifle.
Benavides said the guard detained the suspect and called police.
Allgood is booked in the Bexar County Jail i n San Antonio with bond set at $205,000. He is also charged with discharging a firearm.
