H-E-B acetaminophen recall retracted

AUSTIN (KXAN) - H-E-B is reassuring its customers that no recall has been issued for products at its stores containing acetaminophen.

The recall was reported in error after a news release from two years ago was Web-searched, thought to be a recent one and reported as such, according to H-E-B officials.

However, this is not the case.

Any recalls issued by H-E-B are sent directly by the company to the news media. Afterwards, the information is posted on its company Web site for 60 days
