AUSTIN (KXAN) - Foreclosure rates in the Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos area are falling, according to CoreLogic's housing report released Monday.

The report shows that foreclosure rate in November 2011 was 1.01 percent.

Down from this same time last year, the rate is also lower than the national foreclosure rate of 3.41 percent.

The report also says homeowners are doing a good job of keeping up with their house payments. The local mortgage delinquency rate is 3.23 percent.

The rate is again, down from last year, and well below the national mortgage delinquency rate of 7.23 percent.
