AUSTIN, TEXAS (KXAN) - Texas moved up to third in the USA Today Coaches poll on Sunday morning. The Longhorns still trail Oklahoma, but by just one point. The Sooners remain 2nd behind top ranked Alabama. Florida dropped from 3rd to 4th.

The Coaches poll is one third of the BCS standings with the Harris interactive poll and the six computer rankings.
Texas dropped from first to second behind Oklahoma in the Sagarin Computer, the only one of the six that has been made public.

The official BCS standings will be released after 3:00pm central time. The top rated Big 12 South team in the BCS between Texas, Oklahoma and Texas Tech will play in the Big 12 championship game Saturday against Missouri.
