Missing Elderly man found

AUSTIN (KXAN) - A man who was last seen around noon on Sunday is was missing in West Austin for nearly three hours.

Austin-Travis County EMS was on the scene to perform a search and rescue effort to locate the man who is in his 70's. The man was last seen on the jogging trail in the area of Eiler's Park. His medical history was unknown causing crews to search for someone who may be in need of medical attention.

KXAN was on scene when the man was found safe.

Where the man was found and the reason for his time missing is unknown at this time.
