Grant Butler is KXAN's Hometown Correspondent, covering the 2010 National Boy Scout Jamboree from July 26 through Aug. 4.
Butler, 15 , is a Life Scout. In March he completed his Eagle Project, which was planting 52 trees at the SW corner of Cesar Chavez & Congress in honor of his grandfather, which as Mayor helped to start the Hike & Bike trail.
He has been in Scouting since the 1st grade.
