Extended interview with Bill White

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Leslie Rhode talked to Democrat Bill White to find out why the former Houston Mayor wants to be governor.

His said his main goals are improving the state’s education system by cutting the drop out rate and the cost of college tuition, working with local leaders to create a new state transportation plan and creating more renewable energy.
