Sister of H1N1 victim dies from flu

Austin (KXAN) - The sister of a woman who died last month from H1N1 flu, has also died from the same virus.

Sylvia Duran died Wednesday at a local hospital.   The cause of death is attributed to complications related to the H1N1 flu. 

Duran's death is the fourth in Travis County to be tied to the H1N1 virus.

One of those four deaths was Sylvia Duran's sister, Linda.  She died on September 27 of H1N1 flu. 

Sylvia Duran was born in Austin, and graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelors degree in Mexican American studies.  Duran was 35 years old.
