New cheese shop features samples

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Antonelli's Cheese Shop shows off its selection and demonstrates how to prepare a quality cheese plate.

The newly opened store recommends that cheese assortments put out for guests include three or four cheese varieties, bringing in various types of milk and textures. Fruit and nuts traditionally accompany such plates, but Antonelli's encourages creative assortments that include foods like chocolate.

Antonelli's allows customers to sample any of their products before purchasing them to help make the cheese buying process easier.
