BILOELA, Australia (NBC/APTN) - A family in Australia had to be rescued by helicopter after their pick-up truck became surrounded by floodwaters.
The family, desperate to get away from the rising water, was spotted waiting in the bed of the truck.
Rescuers used a special bag to haul the crying toddler up to safety.
They then wenched up the rest of the family.
At least three people were killed throughout the weekend in flooding across Australia.
