AUSTIN (KXAN) - There's a bit of a shake up in Austin's nightclub scene.

The owner of Emo's - the 18-and-up punk and rock-and-roll venue at 6th and Red River - is taking over operations at Antone's, Austin's long time "home of the blues."

Susan Antone" tells KXAN Austin News that the new partnership will allow her to focus on other endeavors, while still booking the club.

Emo's management will handle all the daily operations at "Antones."
