Set in the 1970's, "Good Vibrations" is a chronicle of the life of a record-store owner instrumental in developing the punk-rock scene in Belfast. Directors Lisa Barros D'Sa and Glenn Leyburn talk to the CW Austin about their upcoming film and what it means to premiere at SXSW. Check out the video for more.
