Vivo's crab ceviche cocktail

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Vivo's stopped by to create its crab ceviche cocktail for Tasty Thursday.

Ingredients

 

  • 1lb lump crab
  • 1 red onion - diced
  • 2 serranos - seeded & diced
  • 1/2 cup manzanilla olives (no pimentos) - chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro - chopped
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes - chopped
  • 1 large avocado - sliced
  • lime wedges
  • kosher salt to taste
  • flour tortilla chips

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine crab, onion, serranos, olives, cilantro, salt and lime juice.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.
  3. Dish into serving bowls, top with chopped tomato and sliced avocado.
  4. Garnish with four flour tortilla chips & a lime wedge.
  5. Enjoy!
