AUSTIN (KXAN) - Vivo's stopped by to create its crab ceviche cocktail for Tasty Thursday.
Ingredients
- 1lb lump crab
- 1 red onion - diced
- 2 serranos - seeded & diced
- 1/2 cup manzanilla olives (no pimentos) - chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro - chopped
- 1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup tomatoes - chopped
- 1 large avocado - sliced
- lime wedges
- kosher salt to taste
- flour tortilla chips
Directions
- In large bowl, combine crab, onion, serranos, olives, cilantro, salt and lime juice.
- Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.
- Dish into serving bowls, top with chopped tomato and sliced avocado.
- Garnish with four flour tortilla chips & a lime wedge.
