AUSTIN (KXAN) - After stints in California, creating culinary treats for meals on private jets, Chef Anthony Clevenger is now in Austin putting a Southwestern twist on modern Mexican cuisine.

On Thursday Clevenger joined Robert Maxwell to create a Mexican Street Corn Wrap. Simply combine the following ingredients.

Ingredients

1 ear Corn
1 ½ oz Garlic Lime Aioli
1 oz Cilantro
1 oz Cotija
¼ oz Valintina sauce
1/5 head Bibb lettuce
1 oz Butter
¼ tsp Ancho powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
