AUSTIN (KXAN) - Carmelo Mauro from Carmelo's Ristorante visits during Tasty Thursday to personally make his fettucini carbonara.
The master chef and restaurateur cooked up the pasta favorite from his restaurant.
His restaurant has been a Downtown Austin Italian favorite for more than 20 years.
