FRANKLIN, Tenn. (KXAN) - Arrangements to honor the life of Dan "Bee" Spears, longtime bass player for Willie Nelson, have been announced.

Spears, 62, died last week at his home in the Nashville area.

Visitation is set for Monday, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on Tuesday from 10 a.m to noon at Williamson Funeral Home , 3009 Columbia Av., in Franklin, Tenn.

The memorial service follows the Tuesday visitation, starting at noon.

Memorial contributions may be made to NARAS Musicares , 1904 Wedgewood, Nashville, Tenn. 37212.
