AUSTIN (KXAN) - Austin voters are faced with much more than the presidential election on the upcoming ballot, including numerous propositions. If approved prop. 12 would allow the city to use funding for transportation and mobility issues.

Jeb Boyt, from the Bond Advisory Task Force, shared with KXAN News Today a little more on the process for recommending these bonds, including prop. 12.

Prop. 12 would allow improvements to I-35 and other major roads through $143 million dollars in funding. It could also improve sidewalks for pedestrians.
