AUSTIN (KXAN) - Behavioral educator Kim Fry of Austin Diagnostic Clinic was at KXAN on Saturday morning to talk about getting back on track with food and exercise.
Fry says to keep an emphasis on vegetables and a colorful plate as you enter the new year.
More than a third of adults are considered obese, which is 20 percent above one's ideal weight. A third of children are either overweight or obese. Obesity is linked to heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancer.
