BEE CAVE, Texas (KXAN) - Planet K over the weekend unveiled the mural the town of Bee Cave had hoped to block.

The painting by artist Kerry Awn features outdoor scenes, including a pond with turtles and other creatures. The town had sought to block its production, but a court in early May upheld the store's right to have it painted.

Planet K said the painting largely finished, but the artist is still applying some finishing touches.
