AUSTIN (KXAN) - Today, September 22, Catz Sports Performance Center is offering free running working shops, orthotic fittings, massages and more.
Personal trainer, Jen Hardy, stresses health isn't just physical but also mental and emotional.
All ages are encouraged to attend the health fair. It will last until 2 p.m.
