Have an Anchor/Reporter speak at events

(KXAN) - Do you want to have a KXAN Austin News personality speak at your event? Read the guidelines below and then send us an email.

• Requests must be made a minimum of six weeks in advance.
  
• Event will be reviewed for alignment with KXAN community service goals and objectives.
  
• Approval depends upon talent availability.  In the event your requested anchor or reporter is not available, an alternate may be suggested.
  
• KXAN staff must approve copy and/or artwork referring to the station and talent (print, broadcast, and online).
