AUSTIN (KXAN) - Austin Ale House opened downtown during South by Southwest.

This is the second restaurant opened by Tom Elliot and Spoon Singh. Venice Beach Ale House opened in 2010, combining food and craft beers.

Singh founded the Kona Brewing Company. The restaurant focuses on organic and local foods and local micro-brews. The Austin Ale House chef was on the Saturday morning show.
